Tsubaki, Coliseum Keeper
The Monster Coliseum is a "shop" of sorts that opens up at the beginning of Kanata's Route (you'll have to wait for Chapter 11 to gain access on Rizelea's Route). It allows you to create monster "dolls" that you can fight for various rewards. You'll need a Monster Synthesis book to get some "recipes" for these dolls, and they all involve varying amounts and types of Soul items to create. Usually there are two versions of each doll, with slightly different rewards--one version will offer one type of Clear Soul, some Mana, and a Synthesis Item, while the other will offer two types of Clear Souls in greater amounts than the other version. Clear Souls are consumable items you can use to permanently boost the stats of characters you use them on, so the Coliseum has the potential to radically raise the strength of your battle party when used frequently. The dolls created are frequently somewhat stronger than their "wild" counterparts, so be careful when selecting the foe you will challenge
